Admission Procedure

Brief Admission Procedure

  1. "ALL ABOUT YOURSELF" to be filled in by the parent.
  2. Meeting with Educational Advisor/Principal.
  3. Issuing of Prospectus – Registration and Admit Card will be issued and schedule of entrance test will be given along with syllabus of entrance exam.
  4. Written test for Class I to XI.
  5. Oral Interaction – Pre-Primary by Co-ordinator and panel followed by meeting with Educational Advisor/Principal.
  6. Admission order recommending this case, issued by Admission Incharge.
  7. A letter of Admission issued by Principal is given to the parents with allotment of House and Section.
  8. Fee should be deposited in the Accounts Department and submission of Admission Form, Transportation form, Medical form and Indemnity Bond to be filled in.
  9. Uniform, books, stationery, etc. to be procured by Vendors.

Registration Procedure and Rules

  • Registration Forms to be filled in and to be submitted to the School Office before the end of the Registration period.
  • Incomplete or Illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed/accepted.
  • Dates for tests/interviews/interaction will be given at the time of registration. The School authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of interview.
  • Merely issue of form and registration does not guarantee admission, which is subject to availability of seats and other procedures.
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority must accompany the Registration Form of Class Pre-Nursery onwards. Photocopy of last Report Card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form for Class I and above. If the results have not been declared, admission will be formalized on submission of the document after the result declaration and till such time all formalities are completed, admission granted will be provisional only.

Admission Procedure: Entrance Test / Interview

There will be a written test for students seeking admission from Class I upwards. Only those candidates who cleared the written test will be called for the interview.

Results will be displayed on the notice board on the dates specified at the time of the interview.

Admission Procedure: Admission Formalities

  • Candidates whose names are included in the list must pay the fee by the dates indicated on the lists; otherwise admission will automatically stand cancelled.
  • The date of birth of the child is required to be supported by the Birth Certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation / Local Body as applicable, along with a Photostat copy thereof. An affidavit or any other evidence is not applicable in place of Birth Certificate. It is to be attached with the Admission Forms for classes Nursery & Prep. For classes I and above, Transfer Certificate is to be attached. For classes V and above Transfer Certificate must be counter-signed by the concerned State Education Authority.
  • The child will be granted the student's Identity Card only after all four Forms are duly filled and the admission formalities are completed.
  • Parents are to report at the Reception Counter on the dates specified in the joining instructions, along with the student's I-card. The ward will not be allowed to attend classes if the Identity Admission Card is not produced.
  • Your ward has to report in proper School Uniform, along with the books and stationery as prescribed by the School. (Uniform, Books and Stationery are available at the outlets, details of which will be given to parents).
